課程相關

退費政策

如果您已完成報名並繳交課程費用,但因特殊原因無法參加課程,請主動聯繫我們,我們將依照以下情況處理退費:

課程取消或異動

若由於報名人數不足、天候或重大災害等因素導致課程取消或異動,我們將全額退還您的課程費用。

退款時間

退款款項將於您提交申請後的最長15個工作天內匯入指定的帳戶。

課程名額轉讓

若距離課程開始日期還有七天或更長的時間,您可以提供相關資料申請轉讓您的名額給他人,課程費用將依照報名身份的多寡進行退費或補繳。
取消政策:

若您在開課前20天以上取消,我們將扣除5%手續事務費後退款予您。
若您在開課前4到19天之間取消,我們將扣除10%手續事務費後退款予您。
若您在開課前3天內(含開課當日)取消或缺席,將不予以退款,並不得申請延期。
如果課程持續多天,則以第一天為基準。若您未能參加其中任何一天,不予以退款,並不得申請延期。

帶狀課程退款

若帶狀課程開課後時數未達1/3,您可以申請退費,但我們將扣除50%原價手續費。
如果帶狀課程的時數已達1/3或更多,將不受理退費申請。

工作坊和一日課程

工作坊和一日課程(包括未滿一日的課程)開課後將不接受任何退費申請。

一對一個案服務相關

每一次的個案服務都包含事前事後的細心準備,請您於約定好時間準時到來,因已預留時間或預定場地空間,也無法臨時安排其他靈魂勇者,若有臨時更動須提早告知更改。

若您需要取消或重新安排預約,請主動提前通知以便進行相應的安排。請注意,尊重彼此的時間安排對於保持高效的一對一服務非常重要。

這個退費方案的目的是確保彼此的尊重、保障您的預約時間。我也期待能夠為您提供優質的一對一個案服務。如有任何疑問或需要進一步調整,請隨時聯繫,我很樂意協助您。

預約取消或重新安排

  1. 提前取消或重新安排:
    • 若您在預約時間的前72小時之前完成取消或重新安排,您將有兩個選擇:
      • 全額退款
      • 或者重新安排另一個方便的時間
  2. 24-72小時內取消或重新安排:
    • 如果您在預約時間的24-72小時之前取消或重新安排,將提供全額的50% 退費。
  3. 24小時內臨時取消:
    • 如果您在預約時間的24小時內臨時取消,將無法進行退費。統一轉換成遠距臼井靈氣。
  4. 未依約出現:
    • 若您未按約定時間出現,將不會重新安排,亦不提供退費。統一轉換成遠距臼井靈氣。
  5. 晚到而影響時間:
    • 若您晚到並影響了預約時間,將無法提供您補時間或退費安排。
  6. 延長時間:
    • 如果下一個時段有額外的時間可用,您可以選擇延長時間,而延長時間的費用將按比例加收,並需要與現場執行師和您共同決定。

個案保密與保密例外

本著一對一服務的專業倫理與自我紀律,沒有經過您的同意大衛不得將談話內容告知他人,且請勿探詢其他個案資訊,但下列特殊情形將屬保密例外:

  • 您有傷害自己或他人生命、自由、財產及安全的意圖或行為時。
  • 晤談 、輔導內容涉及法律規定有通報責任時。

付款方式

個案費用請於至少預約前的三天內完款,未完款則視同取消預約,可使用以下支付方式:

  • Line Pay
  • 街口
  • 轉帳付款
  • 其他方式可討論

Refund Policy

If you have registered and paid for a course but are unable to attend due to special circumstances, please contact us proactively, and we will handle the refund based on the following conditions:

Course Cancellation or Changes

If a course is canceled or changed due to factors such as insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or major disasters, we will fully refund your course fee.

Refund Time

Refunds will be credited to your designated account within a maximum of 15 working days after you submit your application.

Course Seat Transfer

If there are seven days or more before the start date of the course, you can provide relevant information to apply for the transfer of your seat to another person, and the course fee will be refunded or adjusted based on the number of registrations.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel more than 20 days before the start of the course, we will refund you after deducting a 5% administrative fee.
If you cancel between 4 and 19 days before the start of the course, we will refund you after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel or are absent within 3 days (including the course start date), no refund will be given, and no extension can be requested.
If the course spans multiple days, the first day will be considered as the basis for cancellations. If you are unable to attend any of the days, no refund will be given, and no extension can be requested.

Refund for Special Courses

If the accumulated hours of a special course are less than one-third, you can apply for a refund, but we will deduct a 50% administrative fee.
If the accumulated hours of the special course reach one-third or more, refund applications will not be accepted.

Workshops and One-Day Courses

Refund requests for workshops and one-day courses (including those that are less than a full day) will not be accepted once the course has started.

One-on-One Case Service

Each case service includes careful preparation before and after the session. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment as we have reserved time and space and may not be able to accommodate other clients on short notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us in advance to make appropriate arrangements. It is crucial to respect each other’s time to maintain an efficient one-on-one service.

The purpose of this refund policy is to ensure mutual respect and safeguard your appointment time. I also look forward to providing you with excellent one-on-one case services. If you have any questions or need further adjustments, please feel free to contact us, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Appointments

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling in Advance:
    • If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before the appointment time, you have two options:
      • Full refund
      • or Rescheduling to another convenient time
  2. Cancellation or Rescheduling within 24-72 Hours:
    • If you cancel or reschedule within 24-72 hours before the appointment time, a 50% refund will be provided.
  3. Last-Minute Cancellation within 24 Hours:
    • If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, no refund will be provided. The session will be converted to distant Reiki.
  4. Failure to Appear at the Scheduled Appointment:
    • If you fail to appear at the scheduled appointment time, no rescheduling or refund will be provided. The session will be converted to distant Reiki.
  5. Late Arrival and Time Impact:
    • If you arrive late and impact the appointment time, no makeup time or refund arrangements can be provided.
  6. Extension of Time:
    • If there is additional available time in the next session slot, you may choose to extend the time at a proportional additional cost, which needs to be mutually agreed upon with the practitioner present.

Confidentiality and Exceptions to Confidentiality

In line with the professional ethics and self-discipline of one-on-one services, David is not allowed to disclose conversation contents to others without your consent or inquire about other case information. However, the following exceptional situations will breach confidentiality:

  • If you have the intention or behavior to harm yourself or others in terms of life, freedom, property, or safety.
  • When counseling content involves legal reporting obligations.

Payment Methods

Please complete the case fee payment at least three days before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will be treated as a cancellation. You can make payments using the following methods:

  • Line Pay
  • JKOPay
  • Bank transfer
  • Other methods can be discussed.
